Spring Hill High School students recently participated in a fun, hands-on educational project. Students in Becky Peurifoy’s Spanish II and Spanish III classes researched and selected a salsa recipe, shopped for ingredients, and made the salsa to share with classmates and a panel of faculty judges. Students also created a poster that showed the recipe and explained the steps in English and Spanish. Winners were awarded for each class period. Great job!
