Employee Lunch Order Forms
- All orders must be placed no later than 9 a.m. the day you wish to have lunch. Pre-orders are allowed but you are responsible for remembering to pick up. Lunches not picked up will still be charged to the employee account.
- All orders must be picked up during regular lunch serving hours for your campus.
- These options are only available Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
- Tray orders placed after 9 a.m. Will be made for the next day that special lunches are available.
- Employees that are not on a particular campus, please select the campus where you wish to pick up your lunch.
