Covid 19 Information and Forms for Employees
EMPLOYEE LUNCH ORDER FORMS:
- ALL Orders must be placed NO LATER than 9:00 a.m the day you wish to have lunch. Pre orders are allowed but you are responsible for remembering to pick up. Lunches not picked up will still be charged to the employee account.
- All orders must be picked up during regular lunch serving hours for your campus.
- These options are only available MONDAY, TUESDAY, & FRIDAY!
- Tray orders placed after 9:00 a.m. Will be made for the next day that special lunches are available!!!
- Employees that are not on a particular campus, please select the campus where you wish to pick up your lunch.
